White Bean Soup (Anderson's)

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 c Small White Beans (great northern)
• 4 c Chicken Stock
• 1 Large Onion chopped
• 1 Carrot Chopped
• 2 Stalks Celery chopped
• 1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 Large Ham Hock
• 3 T Thyme
• 1 T Marjoram

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Cook for several hours until tender
