Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can crushed or chopped pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (Baker's brand is best and moist)
  • 3 cups Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator overnight
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped in half

Step 1

Mix marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, Cool Whip and cherries in a large bowl, setting aside some of the cherries for garnish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
