Ingredients
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 5 1/2 pounds pot roast
- Potatoes
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Baby Carrots
- Onions
- 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp allspice

Preparation
Step 1
1.Lightly coat meat with flour and John Henry's Mojave Gold
2. Sear all sides on grill or in unsalted buter
3. In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and vegetables. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.
4.Cook on High setting for 4 hours, and on Low setting for 2 hours.
5. Thicken gravy with flour or instant potatoes if needed
