Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Step 1
Brown steak in small amount of oil. Add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add to meat; simmer 20 minutes. Mix flour, soy sauce and 1 cup of water. Cook until as thick as you like it. Serve over rice.
