Ingredients
- 1 lbs turkey breast strips
- 4 tbsp honey mustard divided
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 leeks, whites only
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 cups cooked pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place turkey in medium sized bowl. Add 2 tbsp of honey mustard and mix to coat
2. Heat oil. Add turkey and leeks. Cooke 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in tomatotes and snow peas. Pour into bowl and set aside.
3. Melt butter. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir constantly until thickened.
4. Stir in remaining mustard, cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in turkey mixture.
5. Stir in cooked pasta and serve.
