- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup think cream 1/2 and 1/2
- 3 T butter
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 bouillon cubes

Step 1
Ask butcher to grind beef and pork together twice. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, egg herbs, salt pepper and then cream. Mix well and shape into balls the sze of a walnut. Brown on all sides in butter over medium heat. Place cooked meat balls in casserole. Add flour to butter in the pan after ematballs are cooked. Stir well and add the bouillion cubes which have been dissolved in water. Stir and simmer 3 mins stir in sour cream. Pour over meatballs
**** this is the original recipe. I go to Costco and buy their frozen italian meatballs. Thaw, put in casserole, heat and then pour sauce over them. Can refrigerate at that time or put in 400 degrees oven and heat until bubbly. sometimes , I stir so that it want separate.
