Ingredients
- Add cheese to milk and add:
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 C flour
- Cook 2 minutes
- 1 qt milk, heated
- Pour hot milk in roux
- 6 C cheese (gruyere, swiss, white cheddar)
- 1 Tbsp salt (or less)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Stir
- 1 # cooked posted in salted water
- Add pasta to milk and cheese plus:
- 1 1/2 # lobster, chopped
- Put all in buttered casserole.

1 1/2 C Panko
Sprinkle on top
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
