Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box yellow duncan cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crisco oil
  • 1 71/2 oz maderine oranges (cut into small pieces) use juice
  • Frosting:
  • 1 lg package vanilla pudding mix (do not make pudding)
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 12 oz container of Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:

Mix by hand until moist then pour cake into pans (2 9 inch pans or 3 8 inch pans). Greased with flour 1st. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix frosting ingredients by hand.

Refrigerate cake!!
