Ingredients
- 1 cup milk chocolate (not semisweet) pieces
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter or margarine, at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

Step 1
1. Melt chocolate in small, heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
2. Combine butter, chocolate, milk, vanilla and salt in bowl. Add 1 cup of the 3 cups sugar; beat until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar until good spreading consistency.
