Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 1/2 onion
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 jars pasta sauce
- 1 box lasagna noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion, then add beef & sausage. Cook until brown, then drain. Mix 4 cheeses (except for 1 1/2 C. of the Mozzarella) and set aside. Cook lasagna noodles according to package and heat pasta sauce. Put a layer of sauce in pan to avoid sticking. Then layer - noodles, sauce, cheese mixture & mushrooms. Repeat until lasagna pan is full. Pour remaining Mozzarella over top. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cover and cook for five more minutes. Serve.
