Ingredients
- 1 pkg (two layer size) white cake mix
- 2 squares baker’s unsweetened bakeing chocolate, melt
- 1 tesp. Red food coloring
- 1 pkg. (8oz) Philadelphia cream cheese, soften
- ½ cup(1 stick) butter, melted1 pkg (16oz) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Step 1
Prepare and bake cake as directed on package for 2 (9-inch) round cake
adding chocolate and food coloring with eggs,water oan oil; cool completely
Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
Gradually add sugar, beat well after each addition. Stir in pecans
Fill and frost cake with cream cheese frosting
