Ingredients
- Mexican grilled chicken breasts
- 5 cups head lettuce, chopped, 1 tomato cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 6 red onion rings
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, chopped

Step 1
After grilling chicken, cut into diagonal strips. Mix the two kinds of lettuce and cabbage, top with tomato wedges and onion rings. Lay strips of chargrilled chicken on top of salad. Serve with buttermilk dressing.
