Ingredients
- 4 Portions of fresh Norwegian Salmon
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- Honey Dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 cups of fresh pecans
- 4 tbs. of real maple syrup
- Ceyenne pepper if wanted, to add zip

Preparation
Step 1
Spread the lime juice over the salmon in a pan and let sit for 10 minutes. Spread the Dijon mustard over the salmon and then let sit another 15 minutes. Put the pecans into a blender and when chopped, add the maple syrup. Blend together the pecans and maple syrup and then spread on top of the salmon. Place the salmon in the oven at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Take out and serve.
