Ingredients
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 garlic clove, grated (i like 1 clove per loaf)
- parsely to taste (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 lbs of pork (ground or a little chunky)
- parmasean cheese (around a cereal bowl)
- 3 loaves of bread (crust removed and processed)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together eggs, garlic, parsley, oil and salt and pepper to taste>
Add meat and mix to combine. (i like to add it with the eggs)
Add a handful of cheese and one of bread crumbs, alternately.
Squeeze balls to make tight.
trick is in piercing as you fry constantly
