Ingredients

  • Pastry
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1/4 c Lard
  • 1 1/3 c butter
  • 1 c water
  • Cream
  • 1 L Wiping cream
  • 1 pack Lemon Pudding mix
  • 1/4 c icing sugar
  • 1/4 c Granulated Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pastry

Mix salt and flour, Then mix in lard and butter, next add water till mixture becomes a soft dough.

Then roll out dough to about 1/8” thick. Cut to cookie sheet size. Cut out second pcs of dough same as first and lay on top of first.

Cut into sizes you want before baking. Bake at 250 till top is a light golden drown. Let cool about 10 – 15 minutes then cut in half and add cream filling.

Line cookie sheet with wax paper


Cream Filling

Mix cream and pudding mix in a bowl till powder is gone then add both sugars continue mixing till it thickens up about 10 minutes depending on speed of mixer.
