Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup raisins or chopped nuts
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 11 ingredients. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in the nuts. Pour 1/3 of the batter in a greased tube pan, blend the remaining ingredients together and spread ½ of the filling over the batter. Pour another 1/3 of batter into the pan then sprinkle with the remaining filling. Top with the remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
