Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 5 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1/3 c. grated Cheddar
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 20 pimiento-stuffed olives

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Mix in the cheeses and knead lightly to combine. Form into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Unwrap the doug, take a small piece and cover an olive, surrounding the olive completely. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Bake until light golden, about 10 minutes.
