Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg white with 1 tsp water and beat until frothy. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Combine sugar, spices and salt. Pour over nuts and mix well. Spread on tin foil lined cookie sheet (oil the tin foil). Bake at 250°F for 40 minutes; stir at 20 minutes. Cool. Remove from foil and store in plastic container.
