Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- shake of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup gratede cheese
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 4 egg yolks ( beaten)
- 4 egg whites ( beaten stiff )

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2.Melt margarine blend in the flour salt and pepper.
3. Add the milk and warm gradually .
4. Add the cheese and stir until it is melted.
5. Add some of the warm mixture to the beaten yolks.Then add to the mlk mixture
6. Fold the beaten egg whites into the cheese mixture and pour into a UNGREASED casserole.
7. Bake 35 -45 minutes.
