Ingredients
- Unbaked 9” pie shell
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 4 1/2 cups concord grapes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 /8 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wash grapes, remove skin by pinching at end opposite stem. Reserve skins. Place pulp in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook a few minutes till soft. Put pulp through strainer. While pulp is hot, mix in skins. Stir in sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with oatmeal streusel:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour Cut in
1/4 cup oleo
