Barbecue Sauce

My Mom's recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup chopped onion
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp mustard
• 2 teaspoons salt

Cooking time 30mins

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onions in sauce until soft (about 15 minutes)
Ths is enough sauce for basting and serving with 2 chickens
