Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/4 C chili powder
- 3 # pork cubes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 C cider vinegar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
In Dutch oven, heat oil over medium high. Cook green peppers and onions until tender. Stir in chili powder; cook 1 minute.
Add other ingredients PLUS 1 C water over high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 2 1/3 - 3 hours, stirring often.
Pull meat in shreds. Server over buns.
