Ingredients

  • ½

    gallon milk (8 cups)

  • ¾

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup rice

  • 3

    eggs (beaten)

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

Directions

Combine milk, sugar and rice. Bring to boil. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture. Cook over low heat 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
