Ingredients

  • tomato sauce 4 (8-ounce) cans
  • stewed tomatoes 1 (14-ounce) can diced
  • chili powder 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • onion powder 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • chicken breasts 2
  • corn tortillas 18 , torn in 1-inch pieces
  • Cheddar cheese 3 to 4 cup shredded
  • olives 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can , diced
  • sour cream
  • lettuce shredded
  • tomato diced
  • refried beans
  • rice cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook and shred chicken breasts.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup olives. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and olives.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and hot.

Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, refried beans, rice, etc. Serves 6 to 8.
