Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c flour (2 c whole wheat,balance, all-purpose or bread white,multi-grain,rye,etc
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (preferably sea salt)
- 2 Tbsp canola oil,or butter
- 2 Tbsp sweetener (honey,sugar or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 c fluid (water,milk,1 egg-whatever makes 1 1/2 c)
- 2 tsp bread machine or instant yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in the baking pan and select dough cycle
When cycle is complete knead dough and shape into buns
Cover with a tea towel and let rise in a warm,draft-free place for about 45 min or until doubled
Bake at 350 F for 15-18 min or until golden brown
NOTE-Parchment paper lined baking sheets work well for individual buns
This dough (white and whole wheat flour) can be used to make cinnamon buns or other variations
