Ingredients

  • 1 slice gingerroot, 1/2", 12mm thick, peeled
  • 1 green onion, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 baby carrot, halved
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

Step 1

Process all 9 ingredient in food processor for about 1 minute, scraping down sides if necessary, until smooth. Pour into jar with tight fitting lid. Chill for 1 hour to blend flavours. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
