Ingredients
- 6 oz. snow peas, trimmed
- Boiling water
- Ice water
- 4 1/2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded cabbage, lightly packed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- SOY DRESSING
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed

Preparation
Step 1
Blanch snow peas in boiling water for about 1 minutes or until bright green. Drain. Plunge into ice water, let stand for about 10 minutes until cold. Drain. Transfer to separate large bowl.
Add bean sprouts, cabbage and pimiento.
SOY DRESSING
Combine all r ingredient in small bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup. Drizzle over salad. Toss well.
