Ingredients
- BOTTOM:
- 1/2 cup margarine (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1-3/4 to 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup fine coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- FILLING:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 3 cups icing sugar
- peppermint flavoring
- food coloring
- TOP:
- 4 squares chocolate
- 1 tbsp margarine

Preparation
Step 1
BOTTOM:
Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl over hot water, then mix the rest of the ingredients when ready. Press into the bottom of a 9x13" pan, and put in fridge while you make the next layer.
FILLING:
Cream all ingredients (do not melt butter), and spread into pan over the bottom.
TOP:
Melt chocolate and margarine, and spread over the first two layers. Let cool for several hours.
