Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (large can)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper ,sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

In big pot, brown steak in oil; discard grease.
Add beef broth and gravy packets; mix well. Simmer on low heat to allow it to thicken.
Add tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce to pot. Keep on low heat until ready to serve, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
