Ingredients
- sauce:
- 3 pounds carrots (Not too soft) sliced and cooked
- 1 green pepper (good size), cut in rings
- 1 onion (good size), cut in rings
- 1 tin tomato soup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper

Step 1
Mix sauce with beater, pour over the above. Marinate for a couple of days..
Stir occasionally.
