  • 3 pounds carrots (Not too soft) sliced and cooked
  • 1 green pepper (good size), cut in rings
  • 1 onion (good size), cut in rings
  • 1 tin tomato soup
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Step 1

Mix sauce with beater, pour over the above. Marinate for a couple of days..
Stir occasionally.
