Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ minced onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 glove garlic minced
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ lb mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Buttered noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in heavy skillet and brown beef. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper and mushrooms. Cook five minutes. Add the mushroom soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, heat and serve immediately over the buttered noodles.
