Popeye's Honey Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients

• 1 C. Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbls Minced Onion
• 1-1/2 Tbls Siugar
• 1/4 Tsp White P_epper
• 1/2 C. Relish
• 1 Tbls Honey
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 3/4 C. Chopped Celery
• 3/4 C. Toasted Pecans, Coarsly Chopped
• 1-1/2 Pounds Chopped, Cooked Chicken (4 C.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the mayonnaise, relish, onion, honey, sugar, salt and white pepper in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the Celery and Pecans. Fold in the Chicken. Adjust the seasonings to taste.

Chill covered in the refrigerator., Serve on Crusty French bread rolls or tasted bread.
