Ingredients

  • 4 Beef Cubed Steaks
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Tbl Water
  • 1/2 C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 large Ripe Tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/4 C fresh Parsley, minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Season the steak with salt and pepper

2. Combine the egg whites and water in a bowl. Dip each steak into the egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat with each steak.

3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks in two batches and saute until golden brown, 5-6 minutes for each steak, turning once.

4. Sprinkle each steak with chopped tomato and parsley.
