Pickled Peppers

Ingredients
- 34 jalepenos, sliced into 1/8" rings (retained seeds and ribs)
- 8 habaneros, sliced into 1/16" rings
- 3 sweet haberno, sliced into 1/16" rings
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch circles (large pieces cut in half)
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 14 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 T. black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 T. Tony Chachere's
- 6 c. apple cider vinegar
- Note: Do not touch peppers with bare hands while slicing. Slicing this many will cause skin irritation.

Cooking time 30mins
Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer for an hour.
2. Remove from heat and simmer for 30 simmer.
3. Jar and start eating after 2 weeks.
