- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons lime zest plus 4 tbsp. juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 - 4 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- flaky sea salt
- 12 lime wedges
