Ingredients
- 2 16 0z cans corn, drained
- 5 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar; add corn and egg yolks, mix well but do not beat. Beat egg whites until peaks hold their peak. Gently fold into corn mixture. Fry 1/3 cupful in hot oil until golden brown. Flip and cook other side until golden brown.
