Ingredients

  • can each of the following well drained:
  • apricots
  • peaches
  • pineapple chunks
  • pears
  • black bing cherries
  • ⅓ cup real butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. cloves
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. lemon peel
  • ½ tsp. orange peel

Step 1

Drain fruit well and mix all fruit together. Combine all the dry ingredients with the melted butter and sprinkle over fruit. Bake one hour uncovered in 350 degree oven. Refrigerate over night. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees before serving.
