Ingredients
- Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup

- - Cinnamon, ground, powder, 1 tsp
- - Pumpkin Pie Spice Seasoning, 1 tsp
- - Cocoa; Hershey's Unsweetened, 1 tbsp
- - Splenda , 4 tsp
- - Egg, fresh, 1 large
- - Organic Smart Balance Butter, 1 tbsp

Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug or bowl, then stir in wet ingredients until well blended. Microwave for one minute.
