Ingredients
- 1 cup ½ inch pieces green beans
- 1 cup ½ inch pieces yellow wax beans
- 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup each oil and red wine vinegar
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. dried tarragon
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil green beans and wax beans in salted water to cover until tender but slightly crunchy, about 2 minutes:
Drain and place in a bowl and stir in the kidney beans, pepper, and onion.
In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
Combine together to coat, toss well, cover and chill 6 hours or overnight.
