Salad with Pink Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 oranges ( I use 1 can of mandarine oranges)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 red onion (slice a few rings for plate)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce, pecans. oranges, red onion rings on plate.
In blender, add remaining ingredients and puree.
Place in fridge for a couple of hours. Shake occasionally.
