Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Cans (15 oz) Tomato sauce
- 2 Cans (6 oz) Tomato paste
- 2/3 Cup Burgundy, beef broth or tomato juice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon basil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

Step 1
In 3 QT casserole, saute onion and garlic in oil. Add ground beef and cook till browned. Drain and add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
