Ingredients
- 3 cups grapes, halved (purple grapes add great color!)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli, cut in varied sizes
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 16 slices veggie bacon, crisp
- 1 cup golden raisins, expanded
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (reserve 1/4 cup)
- 1 cup Best Foods Just 2 Good mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 package fructose

Step 1
Rinse and cut all veggies. Put the raisins in HOT water and let them expand while you finish the preparation. Add ingredients, one by one into a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the almonds and mix the remaining ingredients. Let the salad sit overnight to marry the flavors. Before serving, top with remaining almonds. Viola! (sic)
