- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs. cooking oil

Step 1
In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Beat with a rotary beater till well mixed. Heat a slightly greased 6" skillet. Remove from the heat. Spoon in 2 Tbs. batter, lift and tilt the skillet to spread batter. Return to heat; brown on one side only. Invert pan over paper towels, remove crepe. Makes 18
