Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms (4 oz)
  • 8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 t's salt
  • 1 1/2 t's chopped, fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 t dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 12 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350. Greese 13 x 9 x 2 inch pyrex baking dish. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in the dish

2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over the cheese.

3. Bake uncovered 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown and set

4. Cut into squares and serve

NOTE:
1. to spice it up use chorizo or hot Italian sausage
