Ingredients
- frozen pie crusts 2 deep dish
- cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
- milk 1/2 cup
- frozen mixed vegetables 1 bag
- chicken 2 cups cooked and cubed
- onion 1 small chopped
- garlic 1 teaspoon minced
- pepper to taste
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°
Take pie shells out of freezer, separate and thaw for 10 minutes
Defrost vegetables in microwave
Saute onion in a little olive oil
Mix chicken, vegetables, onion, garlic, soup, and milk in a large bowl
Pour mixture into a pie shell top with the other pie shell. Pinch edges together, trim off excess, poke holes in top crust
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until crusts are browned
Pie can be frozen after cooled.
