Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 soup can half-and-half
- 1 # crab meat (I prefer using 2 # claw meat)
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Using a heavy saucepan, melt butter and saute onion until translucent. Add soups, milk, half and half. Add crab and bring just to a boil. Add sherry, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or cool to room temp then freeze or refrigerate immediately.
