Donna's Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb bag potatoes
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg & paprika
  • 1-1/2 cup whipping cream (blend/coffee cream, or a mixture of each)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • onion to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Butter 9 x 13" pan.
2.) Layer potatoes, covering each layer with cream.
3.) Cover with parmesan.
4.) Bake at 375 for one hour (covered)
5.) Uncover for 15 minutes to brown.

TIP: Also add a few dabs of butter to each layer.
