Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings (15-16)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 4 drops Tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the wings at the joints, remove tip of wing. Wash, pat dry on paper towel. Combine remaining ingredients in 9x13" oblong pan. Arrange wings in single layer in marinade; cover, refrigerate several hours. Bake uncovered in 375F oven until tender (30-40 minutes).
To serve: Serve wings in sauce from chafing dish or fondue pot.
