Double-Beef Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 - egg slightly beaten
  • 1 - 2.5 ounce package very thinly sliced corned beef, chopped
  • 1/3 - cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 - cup soft rye bread crumbs (about 1/2 slice)
  • 1/2 - teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 - pound lean ground beef
  • 1 - large red onion, sliced
  • 4 - Kaiser rolls, split
  • 3 - tablespoons horseradish mustard

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine egg, corned beef, cabbage, bread crumbs, caraway seeds, and salt. Add ground beef, mix well.
