Ingredients

  • 1 - 2.5 ounce package very thinly sliced corned beef, chopped

  • - cup finely chopped cabbage

    - cup soft rye bread crumbs (about ½ slice)

    - teaspoon caraway seeds

    - pound lean ground beef

    - large red onion, sliced

Directions

In medium bowl, combine egg, corned beef, cabbage, bread crumbs, caraway seeds, and salt. Add ground beef, mix well.
